A Short Training

today we were to report to school at 2.30pm. and we needed to be punctual but as usual,, not everyone was punctual. but at least everyone reached before 3pm. coach came close to 3pm and decided to ask us to change into boots as he was afraid e rain may come. so we did not go to gym today. we did our warm up before coach came. tanto and vani were slightly late and did their own warm up. xin xuan came even later. i dunno why though.(:

shariff[i dunno how to spell],, jun jie,, and 3 other guys came to help out.[ one is sze ting's classmate another i tink is sth yang one then e last 1 is i tink perry or wadeva his name is.]

then for today's training we were split up into 3 grps and trained diff things. defenders train how to clear balls den attackers trained how to shoot and center mids,, last man and stopper did crossing of balls. all this lasted for about an hr plus. soon,, tanto left to go home for her halloween party. then everyone gathered to do some other drills while e attackers cont wif their various shooting drills. hui shan left at abt 5 i tink. cant rmb. X=

at ard 5.30pm or so,, coach let us play game. i was expecting a half field kinda game but in the end he said play full field and 11-a-side. we were then split into 2 grps. then got a few guys joined each grp. i tink my grp won? lols. but it was quite tiring for everyone. coach left early. slightly before 6.30pm. then we end e game at ard 6.30pm cos got ppl injured/not feeling well. e rest were oso quite tired alr. i tink today everyone did quite well. *CLAPS!*
