attendance for fri self train was 14!
gooder than wed! XD
did warm-ups w my soccermates.
passing drills,
1oo right leg, 1oo left leg.
and den dribbling round da cone!
3 sets instep. 3 sets out steps. and oso 3 sets of stop, backball, turn dribble. heh.
and den we did one more drill. its a new one!
5 in a grp! hourglass shape!
1 pass 2.
2 pass 5.
5 pass 3.
3 pass 4.
4 pass 5.
5 pass 1!
hahaha! sounds complicated! but nt whn we started doin it =D
den we played a game, monkey! heehee. fun!

aft tat we had some shooting drills!
my balls were flyin everywher! :X

so i went to tk st's hp. and walk ard snappin photos of them.
OKAY! i knw... my camera skills SUCK. awww.
they had a match lata. and i was da goalkeeper! so FUN...ny =x
HAHA! but i went upfront to play lata. whee!i love soccer luh!
esp play match. heh.
hope my ankle will heal faster. cos now pain agn =(
