HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S ME AGAIN, HUISHAN :D

haha.. yday was a rather disappointing day:( we were supposed to have a match with overseas family school. everyone who reached changed into boots but not to wear shin guards n tie shoe laces.. so, we did as told. we started warming up. then, the wind started to blow the dark clouds to our 'territory'.. disappointment sia.. anw, lightning alert sounded and we had to stop our activities. everyone sat down and talked crap. everyone really really hoped that the dark clouds would go away and the lightning alert would stop..

then, the overseas family school's 'manager-coach' came over for a talk with coach. we were told that if the alert doesnt stop by 5:20, we would have to postpone it. then, 5:20 came... the 'manager-coach' came again and said we have to postpone it. coach asked if we could have it on this friday. the 'manager-coach' said that it would be too short time for him to inform the players' parents. so, we would have it next week.

coach said that their players had trained for only a very short time, hope this could be an advantage for us.. anyway just play hard and nv give up. just lik wat coach said, no matter who is leading, just play our hardest!

so, the match was postponed, wat's next?! PHYSICAL!! initially we were goin to do some skipping. but in the end, we only managed to find 1 skipping rope... -.-''' so, we did some other things.

first, we started with sit-ups and push-ups. 40 sit-ups in a minute for 3 sets(initially was 4 sets). then was 35 push-ups a minute(which was reduced to 30, then 25). after that, we did runnig on the spot and kicking our legs over our partner's head(sorry, i don noe how to descirbe the exercise:p) the last thing we did was jumping over each other. don noe how many ppl sat on me!!! haha! anw, it was fun:)

training ended with some chit-chat with coach.. and the lightning alert din stop even until we left! anw, just hope that the stupid lightning alert will not sound again when we have any matches..
