SO HERE I AM AGAIN POSTING.

SOMEONE owes me TEN BUCKS OKAY.

It was raining again today, with that non-stop beeping, from yours truly, the lightning warning system. There wasn't any field training today. We lugged the equipments all the way up to the grandstand, where coach prepared three stations for us. The first one was making use of that flexible band which you looped around your waist, and pull yourself forward to touch markers. It was definitely tough, because all you felt was this pulling back sensation, and our dearest Jia En even succumbed to that, and fell backwards. HOHO!

The second station was using this ladder. We did various footwork with it and because of that, we obtained blisters. Sze Ting's one was best. Big, and PEELING. TEN BUCKS. It was also partly due to lousy socks. But I personally feel that the footwork was fun. It was like dancing, and we had an insight to Vani and Jam's Indian Boogeying Culture. It was a bit tricky too, but once you get the hang of it, it was really very fun to execute.

The third station was where everyone evolved into their various animal forms. Presenting, the hamster la, squirrel la, weird creatures. But there were 5 markers, and we had to run around them according to the figure 8. It really made me dizzy and it was slippery too, so everyone had to watch their step. Coach then added a ball in which we dribbled around the markers using our in step and out step.

Everyone had a taste of the three stations, and it was quite exhausting, but manageable. NOT FORGETTING, THE SENIORS CAME DOWN TOO! Okay, sorry, but yes, it had been some time since we last saw them. And yes, CONGRATULATIONS! to those who have already completed their A Levels (: For the remaining others, JIA YOU! Thank you seniors, for coming down.

We then ended our training with 5 sets of push ups, and 5 sets of sit ups. Coach really knows how to "cure" our upper abdominal muscle cramps. I think we are all developing six pecs below our boobies. Hopefully.

YEARGH!
Rest well, Soccerettes (:

And Iezah bids farewell, till the next post.

WE love soccer
